Pricing FAQs
Price questions
How much does a cleaner cost per hour?
Our regular cleans start from £20 an hour. We confirm your exact rate and the hours your home needs before the first visit.
Is there a minimum booking?
Yes, regular cleans are booked for at least 2 hours a visit so your cleaner has time to do the job properly.
Do you charge a callout fee?
No. You only pay for the cleaning itself.
Why don’t you show fixed prices for deep cleans online?
Two three-bedroom homes can need very different amounts of work. Rather than give a figure that changes on the day, we ask a few questions and send a fixed price, usually the same day.
How do I pay?
We confirm payment details when we agree your price, before your first visit, so there are no surprises.
