Regular house cleaning

Same cleaner, same day, every week or fortnight. Your home stays sorted and you get your evenings back.

What is regular house cleaning?

A regular clean is the one that changes how a week feels. You come home on a Thursday and the kitchen is wiped down, the bathroom smells clean, the beds are changed and the floors have been done. Nobody had to argue about whose turn it was.

We set your visit up around your home and your routine. Tell us which rooms matter most, how often you want us and whether you will be in or out. We agree the hours and the price before the first clean, then keep the same cleaner on your home so they learn how you like things.

Who it’s for

Who books regular house cleaning?

Working households

Two jobs, school runs and a house that never stays clean for long. A weekly visit takes the biggest chore off the list.

Busy parents

Toys, muddy shoes and a kitchen in constant use. We keep on top of the basics so the weekend belongs to you.

Older homeowners

Hoovering stairs and scrubbing baths gets harder. A friendly, familiar cleaner keeps the house in good order.

Shared houses

Split the cost between housemates and stop the rota arguments for good.

FAQs

Regular house cleaning questions

How much does a regular cleaner cost?

Our regular cleans start from £20 an hour with a two-hour minimum. Most homes need two to three hours a visit, which works out at around £40 to £60.

How often should I book a regular clean?

Weekly suits busy family homes and pets. Fortnightly works well for smaller homes or couples. You can switch between the two at any time.

Do I need to be home during the clean?

No. Lots of our customers leave a key or a door code and are out at work. Your cleaner locks up when they leave.

Will I get the same cleaner each time?

Yes, wherever possible. If your cleaner is ill or on holiday we will tell you and offer cover or a new date.

Do I have to sign a contract?

No. Pause for a holiday or cancel whenever you like. We only ask for notice so we can tell your cleaner.

Do your cleaners bring their own products?

Yes. If you would rather we used your products, for allergies or preference, just say so.

What customers say

  • Same cleaner every Thursday for months now. She knows exactly how we like the kitchen and the kids’ bathroom. Coming home to it is the best bit of my week.

    Claire M.Gosforth · Regular cleaning
  • Six of us moving out of a house on a Jesmond side street and nobody wanted to touch the oven. They did the whole place in a day and the check-out was fine.

Daniel R.Jesmond · End of tenancy
  • Two dogs and a house five minutes from the beach. Fortnightly wasn’t enough, so we went weekly. The floors have never looked this good.

Hannah P.Whitley Bay · Regular cleaning
  • Booked a deep clean before putting Mam’s house on the market. Limescale gone, cupboards spotless, and the photos looked far better for it.

    Graham T.Sunderland · Deep cleaning
  • I leave a key with the concierge and the flat is done by the time I get home. Easy to book and the price was exactly what they said.

    Priya S.Newcastle · Regular cleaning
  • Big house, four bathrooms. Two cleaners came and had it finished by late afternoon. Careful with the stone worktops too.

Mark & JoPonteland · Deep cleaning
  • Our cleaner notices things I don’t, like the sand on the stair runner and the sash windows. Really thorough and lovely to have in the house.

    Sophie L.Tynemouth · Regular cleaning
  • Needed a Bensham flat cleaned the same morning I handed the keys back. Sorted it with a day’s notice. Great communication.

Aaron K.Gateshead · End of tenancy
  • They come between school drop-off and pick-up, so the house is done before the chaos starts again. Worth every penny.

    Lisa W.Cramlington · Regular cleaning
  • Old stone house with high ceilings and dust everywhere. They went room by room and took care around the fireplaces. Booking again in spring.

    Peter H.Morpeth · Deep cleaning
  • Moved into a new-build at Royal Quays and the plaster dust was in everything. One deep clean and it finally felt like ours.
