The clean that gets behind the cooker, into the grout and under the build-up of the last year.

What is deep cleaning?
Every home builds up a layer that a weekly wipe never touches. Grease on top of the kitchen cupboards. Limescale creeping round the taps. Dust along the skirting boards and fluff behind the washing machine. A deep clean deals with all of it in one go.
We work room by room, top to bottom, so dust falls onto surfaces we have not cleaned yet rather than ones we already have. You get a home back to a proper baseline, and if you want to keep it there, a regular clean afterwards takes far less time.

FAQs
Deep cleaning questions
What is the difference between a deep clean and a regular clean?
A regular clean keeps on top of the visible surfaces each week. A deep clean goes further: inside cupboards and the oven, behind appliances, grout, limescale and every skirting board.
How much does a deep clean cost?
It depends on the size of your home and how long since it was last deep cleaned. Tell us your bedrooms and bathrooms and we will send a fixed price, usually the same day.
How long does a deep clean take?
A one-bedroom flat can take around half a day. A larger family home can take a full day, sometimes with two cleaners. We confirm the time with your quote.
Do I need to provide cleaning products?
No. Our cleaners bring their own products and equipment. Let us know if you prefer particular products.
Can a deep clean lead into regular cleaning?
Yes, and it is the best way to start. Many customers book a deep clean then move straight onto a weekly or fortnightly visit.
How often should I get a deep clean?
Most homes benefit from one or two a year. Homes with pets, young children or heavy kitchen use often book one every few months.

Same cleaner every Thursday for months now. She knows exactly how we like the kitchen and the kids’ bathroom. Coming home to it is the best bit of my week.

Six of us moving out of a house on a Jesmond side street and nobody wanted to touch the oven. They did the whole place in a day and the check-out was fine.

Two dogs and a house five minutes from the beach. Fortnightly wasn’t enough, so we went weekly. The floors have never looked this good.
Hannah P.Whitley Bay · Regular cleaning -
Booked a deep clean before putting Mam’s house on the market. Limescale gone, cupboards spotless, and the photos looked far better for it.
Graham T.Sunderland · Deep cleaning -
I leave a key with the concierge and the flat is done by the time I get home. Easy to book and the price was exactly what they said.
Priya S.Newcastle · Regular cleaning -
Big house, four bathrooms. Two cleaners came and had it finished by late afternoon. Careful with the stone worktops too.
Mark & JoPonteland · Deep cleaning -
Our cleaner notices things I don’t, like the sand on the stair runner and the sash windows. Really thorough and lovely to have in the house.
Sophie L.Tynemouth · Regular cleaning -
Needed a Bensham flat cleaned the same morning I handed the keys back. Sorted it with a day’s notice. Great communication.
Aaron K.Gateshead · End of tenancy -
They come between school drop-off and pick-up, so the house is done before the chaos starts again. Worth every penny.
Lisa W.Cramlington · Regular cleaning -
Old stone house with high ceilings and dust everywhere. They went room by room and took care around the fireplaces. Booking again in spring.
Peter H.Morpeth · Deep cleaning -
Moved into a new-build at Royal Quays and the plaster dust was in everything. One deep clean and it finally felt like ours.
