What we collect
When you ask for a quote or book a clean we collect your name, phone number, email address (if you give it), postcode and details about your home and the clean you need.
Why we use it
We use your details to reply to your enquiry, give you a price, arrange and carry out your cleans, and contact you about your bookings. We do not sell your information or use it for unrelated marketing.
Who we share it with
We share the details needed to do the job with the cleaner assigned to your home. If you contact us through WhatsApp, your messages are also handled by WhatsApp under its own privacy policy.
How long we keep it
We keep your details while you are a customer and for a reasonable period afterwards for accounting and legal purposes, then delete them.
Your rights
Under UK GDPR you can ask to see, correct or delete the personal information we hold about you. Email hello@tidytiny.co.uk and we will help. You can also complain to the Information Commissioner’s Office (ico.org.uk).
